Key responsibilities include assisting with staff training and scheduling, maintaining operational workflows and SOPs, managing phone triage and customer service needs, handling and following up on escalation requests, and ensuring accurate documentation within the EHR. The position serves as a liaison between patients, pharmacies, clinics, and internal teams to support efficient, high-quality patient care while demonstrating strong attention to detail, professionalism, and adherence to department protocols.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesMicrosoft Office Software applications; basic Windows/PC skills.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
