Job Description
The Agent Enablement role is responsible for providing comprehensive operational and administrative support to Medicare agents — from onboarding through annual certifications and ongoing licensing and carrier access. This individual will work closely with internal teams, carrier relationship managers, and suppliers to ensure agents have the tools, access, and information needed to perform effectively and compliantly. This role will be part of the Carrier Management Team, reporting to the VP of Carrier Management.

The Expertise We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in project management, operations, and data analysis preferred
- Proven analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry or Medicare operations or agent support is preferred, but not required
The Value You Deliver
- Maintain and update agent resources, including compliance updates, ticket tracking, mapping, Jira board management, and coordination with enterprise teams
- Support annual updates of carrier product information and enrollment guides
- Lead new agent onboarding for insurance licensing, AHIP, agent releases, and insurance carrier appointment and certifications
- Collaborate with carrier relationship managers to coordinate new insurance carrier training and documentation
- Track annual AHIP completions and carrier certifications/appointments in partnership with sales leadership
- Provide Help Desk support for quoting and enrollment platforms alongside the supplier manager
- Respond to ongoing agent inquiries via multiple communication platforms
- Participate in regular meetings with sales leadership and attend sales team meetings
- Assist with Medicare Annual Enrollment preparation including insurance carrier reviews, ready to sell file management, and other system updates as needed
- Coordinate annual Pre-Annual Enrollment product training with the training lead
- Monitor agent licensing status and ensure compliance through enterprise licensing systems
