This position will work with Extension Specialists, County Extension Agents, and community partners to identify, adapt, and deliver evidence-based programs and resources. Focus areas include youth and family prevention education, recovery-supportive environments, reducing stigma, and connecting individuals and families to local resources. The specialist will provide training and technical assistance to county personnel and assist with program evaluation and continuous improvement. A master’s degree in a related field and experience in community health, substance use prevention, or recovery support is preferred. This position is soft-funded.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesProven ability to work within deadlines; strong organizational and time/project management skills; excellent oral and written communication skills.
