Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants is seeking a talented and creative visionary to join our Marketing team as an AI Content & Production Manager. Cooper’s Hawk is a trailblazing combination of restaurant, winery, Napa-style tasting room, and specialty retail market. Additionally, Cooper’s Hawk is home to the country’s largest Wine Club, a lifestyle-driven monthly affiliation offering exclusive wines, unforgettable events, and a host of privileges. In addition to nearly 70 restaurant locations, Cooper’s Hawk has recently introduced Piccolo Buco, a contemporary Neapolitan pizza concept, nestled under the “by Cooper’s Hawk” Brand umbrella. We’re seeking a hybrid thinker and doer to support our creative team through a two-pronged mission:
  • Establish and maintain our brand voice using AI as a tool for scalable content creation.
  • Serve as the “air traffic controller” for all creative projects, managing timelines, priorities, and production flow via Asana.
This is not a traditional copywriter role—it’s for someone who understands storytelling, thrives on organization, and is excited to blend creativity and operational excellence. What You’ll Do: Brand Voice & AI-Enhanced Content
  • Help define and refine our brand voice across all touchpoints
  • Generate and edit copy using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for social media, email, web, print, and internal materials
  • Create AI prompts, content templates, and editorial standards to ensure message consistency
  • Partner with designers and stakeholders to bring messaging to life in creative assets
  • Act as a quality gatekeeper for all content before it goes live
Creative Project Management
  • Manage all creative project intake, prioritization, and workflow using Asana
  • Keep the team aligned and informed with clear timelines, briefs, and deliverables
  • Maintain a centralized view of deadlines, asset status, and review cycles
  • Coordinate cross-functional feedback and approvals with efficiency and clarity
  • Continuously improve creative operations and documentation to support scale
What You’ll Need:
  • 7+ years experience in content strategy, copywriting, or creative project management
  • Strong understanding of AI tools for content generation and refinement
  • Excellent command of language, tone, and editorial judgment
  • Proven ability to manage projects from intake through delivery with structure and calm
  • Experience with Asana (or similar tools) to track and optimize creative workflows
  • A collaborative spirit with strong communication and follow-through
  • Comfort working across channels (digital, social, email, internal) in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate design ideas and rationale to Creative Director and Stakeholders, including executives.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with team members and cross-functional partners.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive mindset and the ability to pivot with evolving brand strategies.

  • Familiarity with brand systems, tone guides, or content style frameworks
  • Experience in a startup or in-house brand/creative team

Compensation Range: $100,000-120,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Cooper’s Hawk reviews several factors when establishing compensation.
