Physical Requirements
This position requires intermittently sitting at a computer workstation and performing tasks with repetitive motions (such as typing); occasionally standing or walking with objects weighing up to 25 pounds; and lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Shift
Day shift 8AM-5PM; hours and days of the week subject to change based on the needs and growth of the department.
Job Summary
The MTR manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of pharmacists dedicated to telehealth onboarding of internal and external patients to UKHC pharmacy services. This includes designing and managing pharmacist workflows for a variety of clinical and pharmacy initiatives and navigating multiple systems, including Epic, ScriptPro, Therigy, and others to facilitate patient care across pharmacy teams. There is an internal candidate being considered.

Strong clinical skills; knowledge of drug distribution and dispensing; ability to prioritize; ability to analyze and create innovative workflows in response to identified patient care and operational needs; excellent communication skills; team mentality; desire to teach; and motivation are required to excel in this position.
