Physical Requirements

Job Summary
Administrative Manager – UKHC Medical Group & Ambulatory Services
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the UKHC Medical Group and Ambulatory Administration. In this pivotal leadership role, you will partner directly with senior executives—including the Chief of Ambulatory Services, Chief Nursing Officer, and broader administrative leadership team—to drive excellence across administrative operations.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead and oversee all administrative functions for the UKHC Medical Group and Ambulatory offices, ensuring seamless daily operations and optimal workflow efficiency
• Provide high-level support and coordination for key leadership meetings (AOT, ASMG, DA/AD, and select nursing services meetings), ensuring alignment, follow-through, and execution
• Serve as a trusted problem-solver, independently addressing administrative challenges and implementing effective, resource-conscious solutions
• Act as a central point of contact for resolving leadership, patient, and customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency; develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance communication and performance
• Leverage technology and modern tools to streamline operations and support strategic initiatives
• Provide strong, forward-thinking leadership in decision-making, change management, and process improvement across supported ambulatory areas
• Oversee departmental Human Resources activities, including serving as the primary contact and approver for accounts payable functions
