The Role

Fidelity Digital Assets® is an exciting new business unit that is focused on bringing emerging concepts to life in the digital asset arena and delivering those solutions to Fidelity clients and prospects. The Account Opening and Maintenance team accurately sets up and maintains accounts, in several systems, for all Fidelity Digital Assets®’s product offerings. To be effective, you will work closely with the Client Service team, Custody Operations, Execution Services, Implementation Managers, and the technology team to ensure client requirements are met. With your knowledge and commitment, you will become a collaborative and resourceful member of the Fidelity Digital Assets® team, sharing best practices and driving successful results.

The Team

The Account Opening and Maintenance team processes new account applications and maintenance forms for Fidelity Digital Assets®. We provide a valuable service to our customers by helping to maintain the firm’s reputation for quality and by driving high satisfaction and efficiency for both the client and Fidelity Digital Assets®. We prioritize and handle critical issues/exceptions that are received from Client Service Managers or Implementation Managers and participate in a monthly process to generate and distribute Account statement and Invoices driving high satisfaction and efficiency for both the client and Fidelity Digital Assets®.

The base salary range for this position is $48,000-91,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
