The Colleague Experience Group (formerly HR) is focused on providing a great colleague experience every day. Our mission is to obsess over understanding the colleague experience at a deeper level to co-create simple and great ways of working that enable everyone to be and deliver their best. Within CEG, the Colleague Services (CS) organization plays a critical role in providing outstanding services, capabilities, data, and insights to enable that great colleague experience. The organization builds and operates products and services to enable CEG and the business.                        

This role sits within the Colleague Services function and serves as the primary point of contact for the Managed Service Provider (MSP) program, which supports the onboarding and management of temporary labor across the enterprise.

The individual in this role will be responsible for driving best-in-class vendor performance, ensuring adherence to contractual terms, and maintaining strong risk management and control practices. This position requires close partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors, a strong operational mindset, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for a Managed Service Provider, supporting the onboarding and ongoing management of temporary labor.
  • Support Third-Party Lifecycle Management (TLM) activities, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and policies.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting for issues within the MSP program.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including General Counsel's Organization (GCO), Global Supply Management (GSM), Technology, and Control Management.
  • Monitor vendor performance, ensure policy adherence, and oversee service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Review and approve vendor invoices; investigate and resolve invoicing or payment discrepancies.
  • Prepare and run monthly accruals in partnership with Finance.
  • Execute PRSA/RCSA testing and support broader control and audit activities as required.
  • Support risk management capabilities and controls within CEG to drive process excellence and operational resilience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly to shifting priorities, ambiguity, and change.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Proven organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate across teams and geographies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing external partners or vendors.
  • Familiarity with contractor onboarding processes and the contractor management lifecycle.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage and deliver multiple complex items simultaneously.

Salary Range: $65,500.00 to $102,500.00 annually + bonus + benefits
