Other days and hours as neededJob SummaryThe APP functioning within the cardiology ambulatory setting works in collaboration with, and is an integral member of, a multidisciplinary health care team.
The APP functions primarily in the clinic managing the cardiovascular needs of the identified population and may also work closely with the outpatient cardiology testing groups like ECHO and heart station.
The APP is generally on a service aligned team and manages the care of the outpatient with the team.
