Interested candidates should apply to be considered. Essential Functions These are the job duties required of the position.Essential Functions
  • Determines reasonable accommodations.
  • Provides appropriate resources and referrals to academic, developmental, physical and social needs.
  • Ensures efficient and effective management of services.
  • Develops policies, processes and procedures.
  • Assists in developing and implementing plans and goals for Center for Educational Accessibility & Disability Resources (CEADR).
  • Works with the Director to coordinate and supervise daily operations.
  • Ensures compliance with federal regulations and university policies.
  • Establishes program outcome assessments for the office (TracDat).
  • Collects, analyzes, and disseminates student and program evaluation data.
  • Conducts fact-finding and resolution of disability discrimination complaints in collaboration with the Director.
  • Provides consultative assistance, training and/or technical support to students and faculty.
  • Maintains complete case notes/records on all registered students interactions using OMS.
  • Prepares correspondence and other documentation using MS Office.
  • Regular and prompt attendance.
  • Ability to work schedule as defined and additional hours as required.
  • Related duties as required.
