Job Summary

The Assistant Director of Operations/Athletics will be responsible for assisting in the planning and preparation of event management and game operation efforts in support of coaches, student-athletes, officials, department support staff and guests operating within assigned budgets. The incumbent will have direct facility operations responsibility for Lancaster Aquatics Center, Nutter Training Center, Sports Medicine Research Institute (SMRI), Shively Sports Center and serve as secondary point of contact for facility operations with Kroger Field. This position will also have direct responsibility for Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving events, as well as Men’s & Women’s Golf events, including but not limited to – visiting team guides, signage, correspondence with officials and visiting teams and more.
