Job Summary

The Associate Director Commercial Payer Administration at UK HealthCare (UKHC) plays a critical leadership role in managing and optimizing physician commercial payer contracts across all UKHC entities. This position is responsible for negotiating contract terms, overseeing reimbursement methodologies, and ensuring payer performance standards are met. The Associate Director collaborates cross-functionally with Operations, Revenue Cycle, Finance, and Analytics to align strategic reimbursement planning with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities include fiscal and metric management, compliance oversight, and serving as the primary liaison for physician payers. The role also involves developing performance dashboards, supporting executive briefings, and resolving payer disputes. Additionally, the Associate Director leads a team of direct reports, fostering professional development, accountability, and continuous improvement through coaching and performance management.

This position requires strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, along with a deep understanding of healthcare payer contracts and regulatory compliance.
