The Associate - Portfolio Management will be a member of Data Center Infrastructure (DCI) organization, reporting to a Manager or Director. Works closely with data center operations, engineering, capacity planning teams, Customers and Partners to ensure quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes reporting tools to monitor and track portfolio performance against delivery, cost, budget, forecast, schedule, and quality targets, ensuring accurate and timely reporting that supports decision-making processes
- Supports financial tracking of projects and portfolios using data from the Enterprise Portfolio Management System, ensuring financial data integrity and aiding in budget management, including capital and expense tracking for data center builds, upgrades and lifecycle initiatives, with guidance from peers and leaders
- Supports compilation and distribution of portfolio-level status reports to internal partners and seniors, providing clear and concise updates that facilitate informed decision-making
- Contributes to the reconciliation of portfolio funding and forecasts to ensure financial accuracy, identifying and addressing any discrepancies to maintain budget alignment, particularly across infrastructure and capacity investments.
- Provides administrative support to project management resources for system updates and maintenance, ensuring data consistency and reliability
- Administers portfolio-level risk, issue, and change control procedures, effectively managing potential impacts on project delivery under the guidance of colleagues
- Collaborates with business and technology development teams, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding of project goals
- Collaborates and co-creates effectively with teams in product and the business to align technology initiatives with business objectives
Qualifications
Education and Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Knowledge of financial management tools and principles
- Knowledge of Data Analytics
- Knowledge of Financial Modeling
- Basic understanding of data center infrastructure concepts
Work Experience
- Experience within a technology financial services environment
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Project)
- Experience with Enterprise Portfolio Management Systems
- Experience in budgeting and financial planning
- Exposure to infrastructure, data center, or large-scale technical program environments

The below represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Salary range
- $78,000 - $124,750 per year
