Job Summary

The Associate Dean will be responsible for overseeing operational affairs, community engagement/strategic partnerships, and building/security operations. The role requires a strong leader who will direct and manage core internal functions – including IT, capital projects, building improvements, and coordinating on finance and human resources matters – while simultaneously driving the College’s external impact through community engagement, public relations/marketing, continuing legal education programming, and alumni/donor relations. This position is central to the College’s mission in ensuring operational excellence, strategic plan implementation, and the advancement of student success, impact by faculty, and alumni/donor engagement. The role supervises key functional administrators and models professional standards for the College community.

The Associate Dean of Community Engagement & Operations position will permit the College of Law to continue alignment of its administrative structure in a way that maintains the time dedicated by regular teaching faculty to the classroom while fulfilling the College’s administrative needs.
