Job Summary

The Associate Director, Basketball Operations serves as the primary coordinator of internal and external operational functions for the men’s basketball program. This role owns the day-to-day execution of administrative, logistical, and event related workflows.

The position partners closely with the Head Coach and director of basketball operations to plan, implement, and continuously improve operational processes to support the student-athlete experience and overall program performance.

The associate director independently evaluates and executes operational and logistical needs and recommends solutions to enhance efficiency. This role coordinates cross-functional efforts across internal departments and external stakeholders to identify and recommend solutions to improve workflows and procedures.

Compliance with State, University, NCAA, and SEC rules, regulations, policies, and procedures is required
