The Privacy Risk Assessment Associate will be an integral part of the team supporting the identification and mitigation of Privacy Risk by supporting risk assessment capabilities, users and framework within the new Global Privacy Center of Excellence.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and identification of Privacy Risk through support and communication with the first line of defense (1LOD) users of privacy risk capabilities.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify and communicate capability enhancements to deliver improved user experience and control risk.
- Support process and user documentation include guidance, training, and engaging with key stakeholders.
- Additional duties may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working in privacy, compliance, legal, risk management, or related field.
- 1+ year with technical user acceptance testing (UAT) experience.
- Experience indirectly managing stakeholders, i.e. prepare impactful materials, and tailor appropriately for the intended audience; ability to read and interpret technical language.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior experience working in a Privacy Risk team.
- Prior experience with collaborating, influencing, and extensively coordinating effectively with all levels of management and fostering strong relationships.
- Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy, quality, timeliness, and follow through.
- Self-starter and independent thinker with strong critical reasoning skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team and independently manage multiple tasks and changing priorities with flexibility, adaptability and patience.
- Ability to maintain a positive demeanor and ‘can-do’ attitude.
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
