The Revenue Cycle team is currently seeking a Associate to join their team. This position requires a highly motivated problem solver with solid analytical ability, strong organizational skills, and a desire to advance within the organization. An individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to apply creative solutions is a natural fit for this position. The work of a Associate supports engagement work stream initiatives that may be either qualitative or quantitative in nature, and responsibilities include: financial analysis, support developing presentations used for client deliverables, support existing client relationships, and industry research.

Willing to travel consistently (50% - 75%, depending on project requirements and client expectations) is required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Performs data collection (quantitative and qualitative), research (industry and subject matter), and analysis utilizing basic analytic techniques to solve client problems.
  • Provides support in insurance denial protocols.
  • Applies appropriate tools and methodology to assignments and if unavailable completes research utilizing journals and online tools to move the initiative forward.
  • Identifies next steps and/or work arounds on assigned tasks to begin working more independently.
  • Audits practices and own work via data analysis, interviewing, and shadowing to ensure good quality work, identify inconsistencies, and elevate areas of opportunity or risk.
  • Communicates effectively in all manner and adjusts context based on role of individual being addressed.
  • Participates in a positive team environment and works hard to meet client deadlines and quality expectations.

Qualifications

  • Completion of a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or equivalent in the areas of economics, finance, accounting, statistics, econometrics, public health, engineering or other practice related subjects.
  • At least 0-1 years experience in Revenue Cycle.
  • Experience related to leading Denials Avoidance/Prevention and Avoidable Write-Offs initiatives with measurable financial results.
  • Experience with process improvement.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and/or other analytical software (e.g., SAS, SPSS, Stata, MS Access, MS SQL Server).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Salary Range: $82,000 – $94,000 per year.

Job title and compensation to be determined based onqualifications and experience.

Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
