Associate – Transfer Agent Operations

The Role:
Fidelity Stock Transfer is looking for an Associate to be part of an innovative team supporting our next-generation transfer agent operations. In your capacity, you will help foster productive customer interactions and help solve our customers’ business challenges while pairing with our new technology and our passion for excellent customer service.
As a transfer agent associate, you will be part of a cross-functional team helping to map out existing operational processes, articulate customer pain points, identify best practices and together, imagine new ways to manage registered securities.
Responsibilities include:
Ensure quality standards are enforced, met and compliant with regulatory mandates
Apply department call model, policies, and procedures to evaluate interactions
Critical thinking and ability to analyze data for trends
Comply with all policies and procedures related to all aspects of TA Operations
Ensure all key daily duties are performed timely and accurately
Demonstrate a collaborative mindset aligned with process improvement, efficiencies and risk mitigation
Assist management in coaching and training of associates as needed
Other duties as assigned by management

Position requirements:
College Degree required and/or 0-3 years experience in Financial Service or Transfer Agent Operations
Proficiency with Microsoft office Word, Excel and other basic knowledge of other products within suite
Effective written, verbal and listening skills
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

The base salary range for this position is $48,000-91,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
