Job Title: Board Program Analyst
The Role
The Board Program Analyst on the Content Management team is part of a shared service model and is responsible for coordinating the submission of board materials from Board Program business partners through defined processes associated with each Board of Trustees and each unique meeting agenda with an essential focus on timely receipt of accurate Board materials. Each Program Analyst develops expertise associated across all Board programs while developing cross-functional knowledge to support activities associated with all Board programs.
Providing critical end-to-end production support of board materials and fund reviews including scheduling, intake, review, posting and delivery
Assessing deliverables in context of evolving board calendars; communicating and coordinating changes across group to ensure adherence to schedule
Developing drafts of board meeting minutes and legal resolutions and facilitating legal review process
Supporting fund review process including scheduling, writing, review, delivery, and distribution of reports
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
At least 3-5 years of work experience in a professional office environment; Fidelity experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and adapt to new technology
Proven ability to contribute to a fast-paced dynamic team consistently and positively
Project management skills with experience in effectively guiding multiple work streams simultaneously with a focus on ownership and accountability for deliverables
Experience in workflow and process management within the context of the development of content for electronic distribution
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with all levels of the organization and across a highly engaged team
Strong communication skills, emerging analytical skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships
Flexible and responsive with the ability to adapt and evolve to changing business needs
Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Responsible for maintaining efficiency, quality, and control standards
Ability to communicate status and resolve issues regarding deliverables, timelines, and standard services Experience with high impact deliverables and multi-organization distribution
Very strong ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-profile environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain focused with a positive attitude when faced with unexpected situations, demanding business partners, and/or changing conditions

The Team
The Board Program is responsible for the successful management of content, process, communication, and logistical activities as related to matters of the boards responsible for Fidelity’s mutual funds and institutional products. In addition to the coordination and management of the board process, the Board Program is responsible for providing oversight and direction to successfully align the board strategy with Fidelity’s overall strategy.
