Works with stakeholders and project teams to ensure solutions align with documented requirements and intended business outcomes. Supports enterprise initiatives by maintaining analysis documentation and assisting with validation, testing, and adoption activities.Major Duties and Responsibilities:Analyzes business processes and operational workflows to identify improvement opportunities and ensure proposed solutions meet business objectives and user needs. Collaborates and participates in Enterprise Roadmap Projects as a business analysis resource, supporting initiative requirements, scope definition, and alignment with business priorities. Elicits, analyzes, and documents business and functional requirements to support solution design, development, and implementation. Works with programmers, Systems Analysts, and project teams during design and development activities to ensure solutions align with documented requirements and intended business outcomes. Creates and maintains business analysis documentation, including process flows, requirements artifacts, and supporting materials used for testing and validation. Supports business process changes associated with implemented solutions by assisting with impact analysis, documentation updates, and stakeholder communication. Performs other job‑related duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:ExperienceFive years to eight years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience..Education/Certifications/LicensesA bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).Interpersonal SkillsA significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance.
