Job Description and Requirements
Preserve Title is looking for an experienced resilient individual who will be responsible for acquiring new business, as well as maintaining current relationships. The Business Development Officer will strengthen Preserve Title’s market share and image within the community, as well as provide support to the Escrow teams and management.
This position is for our Port Aransas location
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Acquire new business and grow Preserve Title market share and presence, as well as maintain current client relationships
- Assist in creation, coordination, and execution for client trainings
- Achieve sales goals according to management
- Act as a liaison between clients and Escrow Teams to sustain client satisfaction and assist in solving customer service issues
- Promote positive relationships with Escrow Teams and other internal teams to work effectively and achieve superior levels of service
- Demonstrate knowledge of the market and Preserve Title’s services, as well as competitors’ services
- Represent Preserve Title at networking and business development events as directed by management
- Report business development and sales activity as defined by management
- Identify advertising and business development opportunities within specific market served
- Conducting real estate closings as needed (including remotely within our service areas)
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year previous job related work experience
- Must be able/willing to commute to the Port Aransas location
- Knowledge of The Texas Title Insurance Procedural and Rate Rules
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, ability to work in a paperless environment
- Able to be bonded
