RethinkCare is the first and only web-based program to provide effective & affordable clinical best practice treatment tools to support employees caring for individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges. Developed by internationally recognized behavior experts and leaders, Rethink empowers employees to understand, teach, and communicate better with their child or young adult, thus reducing stress and increasing productivity at work. 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated individual to support the RethinkCare Sales team by maximizing qualified leads through proactive and effective communication. Producing a high volume of outbound communication to potential customers through phone calls and emails will be essential to your success in this role. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who has a passion for the behavioral health sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage outbound lead flow

  • Generate new sales opportunities by scheduling appointments through outbound calling

  • Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads, providing detailed information to ensure effective follow-up and conversion

  • Document and update customer records to maintain accurate interaction history

  • Meet and exceed daily outbound call quotas

  • Track and manage prospects through Salesforce

  • Stay current with industry trends

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field

  • Sales experience is a plus  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding goals

  • Ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis

  • Effective listening and interpersonal skills

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work productively in a remote environment

  • Detail oriented and proficient organizational, time-management skills

  • Basic understanding of technologies such as Microsoft office and business practices
