
Business Operations Coordinator
Overview
The Business Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of daily tasks for aspects of a contract project. The position involves supporting cross-functional disciplines, streamlining portions of the project operations, and enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, is detail-oriented, and has a proactive approach.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Track all equipment using the Quickbase system, Prelude, AQ, and communication with the factories.
- Keep Quickbase up to date on all equipment tracking under their respective project.
- Work with the Service Manager to complete and send Owners Manuals.
- Receive Pick Tickets from the warehouse and update QB accordingly.
- Enter all supply orders into Quickbase
- Track all returns going back to vendors
- Understanding and being able to gather all needed information for freight claims.
- Assist in estimating when necessary.
Goal:
Learn the different aspects of the contract equipment process, including project coordination, service, billings, accounting, and any and all operational procedures. Giving the candidate a path to grow.
Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities
Skills:
- Experience with QuickBase, Prelude and/or AutoQuotes desirable.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment;
- Must be able to work independently while handling multiple priorities and responsibilities;
- Must have strong problem-solving, time management, organization, and customer service skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required;
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to handle or feel office or mechanical tools/equipment. It also requires occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, and crawling. May occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Office hours are from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday. May require occasional evening or weekend hours as business needs demand.
TRAVEL
This position may require occasional travel to attend training and/or conferences.
Work Location: Bellmawr, NJ / Remote - commutable to Bellmawr, NJ preferred
Compensation: $42-53K
