Media Fusion is looking for a Business System Coordinator II in support of the CATSS contract at NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center, Edwards, California. This position is fully onsite and reports to the Program Manager. Responsibilities include:

• Support the NASA AFRC Mishap Program by tracking, updating, and documenting events in all required systems.
• Coordinate and schedule mishap-related meetings and ensure timely communication among stakeholders.
• Maintain event records in accordance with communication and records‑retention directives, including managing and distributing an events spreadsheet.
• Collect and input data as directed, ensuring accurate and complete case information across applicable systems.
• Assist in the development of briefing materials and other program documentation.
• Monitor event progress throughout the investigation and corrective action process, ensuring milestones are met.
• Track required training for investigators and team members and follow up to ensure all qualifications remain current

Qualifications:

• All candidates must be United States citizens, per contract requirements.
• High School Diploma
• 3-5 years of applicable experience.
