Job Summary
The Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Camp Maintenance Supervisor to support the North Central 4-H Camp. This key position plays a vital role in ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for youth, staff, and visitors.
The Camp Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for conducting regular inspections of all camp facilities—including buildings, infrastructure, and grounds—to evaluate their condition, determine maintenance and repair needs, and perform hands-on repair and maintenance work as needed. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills are essential in supporting both the operational and community-facing aspects of this role.
This position supports Kentucky 4-H’s mission to provide meaningful youth development experiences, fostering belonging, mastery, independence, and generosity in all young people. The Camp Maintenance Supervisor will be an integral part of delivering a high-quality camp experience by maintaining facilities that are safe, efficient, and ready for use by a wide variety of on-site groups and programs.
