PRIMARY PURPOSE

Support the Cash Management department with the onboarding, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Cash Management products for both internal and external clients along with opening accounts and assisting Commercial Lenders.


$23.07 - $28.21 Hourly | $45,000 - $55,000 Annually


Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; 37.5-hour work week


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides exceptional levels of support for business online banking Cash Management users and for all associated ancillary products and services to both internal and external clients.
  • Support retail teams in identifying client needs and opportunities in Cash Management to expand client banking relationships.
  • Enrolls Cash Management clients in various products and services; provides instruction and support on all products.
  • Works closely with bank officers, operations and implementation teams to resolve issues surrounding Cash Management clients.
  • Provides backup support for ACH risk functions and NACHA rules and regulations.
  • Assemble documentation for audits/examinations.
  • Process ACH returns in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to NACHA rules.
  • Ensure documentation is scanned/indexed into appropriate files.
  • Support the Bank’s corporate education program by enhancing their knowledge and skills related to their job education. Required to complete online training classes according to schedule.
  • Performs tasks, which are supportive in a nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or redesigned depending upon individual circumstance.
  • Under general supervision, responsible for providing a high quality of service while performing a wide variety of services such as assisting clients with questions, changes, or concerns regarding Cash Management products, Online Banking and Mobile Banking.
  • Process applications for new accounts, Business Online Banking, and Cash Management services
  • Effectively use bank resources to create procedure manuals and reference materials to independently service clients.
  • Assist clients with computer/device support.
  • Resolve complex client inquiries.
  • Acts as an internal subject matter expert on Cash Management products.
  • Serve as first line client support for Cash Management products and services.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately in both verbal and written form.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Ability to manage time, resources, and set priorities to accomplish multiple duties.
  • Ability to maintain and report on confidential information in an appropriate manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving l skills.

  • EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Two years’ experience working in a Core Banking System
  • 2-3 years of retail banking experience; preferred 2 years ACH experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Positive Pay, RDC, ACH origination, and wire origination.
  • Knowledge and understanding of ACH originations and rules & regulation.
  • High School diploma/GED, college degree preferred.

  • WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    Working conditions are those of an “open” office environment, which can require the ability to manage some stress such as noise level from customers, employees, and general office equipment, etc. Daily use of wrists, hands, and fingers: to use computer, telephone, fax, copier, and general office equipment. Ability to hear and speak clearly for gathering simple to complex information from both customers and co-workers. Sitting for extended periods (up to 8 hours) of time, standing and walking up to 15% of work time. Ability to bend and lift coin boxes, up to approximately 25lbs. Ability to operate a motor vehicle for travel within branch network.
