  • Enable innovation, growth, and new partnership models

Strengthen Performance & Risk Management

  • Establish and track enterprise KPIs for operational effectiveness and impact
  • Oversee safety, security, and safeguarding strategies globally
  • Proactively manage operational, reputational, and compliance risks

Lead a High-Impact Global Team

You will lead and empower a senior leadership team responsible for driving impact across 70+ countries.

You will foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, continuous improvement, and execution excellence.

Partner with the CEO & Represent Habitat Globally

  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the CEO
  • Drive enterprise initiatives, transformation, and change management
  • Represent Habitat with funders, partners, and global stakeholders

What You Bring

  • Proven executive leadership experience in global operations, international development, or complex multinational organizations
  • Demonstrated success leading large, matrixed, multi-country systems
  • Strong track record of driving strategy execution and operational excellence at scale
  • Deep expertise in performance management, risk, and organizational effectiveness
  • Experience leading senior leaders and building high-performing, diverse teams
  • Exceptional cross-cultural, diplomatic, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Passion for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion as a business and mission imperative

Who You Are

  • A decisive, globally credible executive leader
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational instincts
  • A builder of systems, teams, and cultures that deliver results
  • Calm and effective in complexity and ambiguity
  • Deeply aligned with Habitat’s mission and values
