You will Analyze complex business needs that will involve a large scope of products, services, trends, data and advanced financial applications
You will Apply your advanced skills daily and work closely with leadership and colleagues to identify the most significant areas of opportunity for the business
You will Engage with business partners across the broader Fidelity enterprise as wells as external market makers and work to resolve the most complex issues facing our top customers
You will Envision and execute bold new strategies to improve the business through various initiatives and projects

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
At least 3 years of financial industry or trade support experience required
A 2+ year commitment to become a subject matter expert is strongly preferred
College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Ability to provide white glove service for our award-winning service organization and lean into complex situations for our top clients
Strong willingness to assists team members and develop a wide network across Fidelity’s adjacent business units, including – Clearing, Custody, Client Management, OSG and PI
Ability to coordinate projects and execute strategic work. Our core business goals are focused heavily on reducing inbound service volume, innovations to our digital training platform and growing our new Hybrid Work model
Experience using financial industry tools such as DTCC, Citi, Broadridge, FII, ICE, Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg, Wealthscape and FBSI are a plus
FINRA Licenses – Series 7, 9, 10, 24 and 99 are NOT required for the role, but can be held and supported by the business
The Team
As a member of the Client Experience Team, you will take on the role of a Brokerage Operations Rep. You will be given an overview course of the industry, and niche training to help you master brokerage operations. You will also get an exclusive peek behind the scenes of one of the most successful privately-owned companies in the world.
The base salary range for this position is $48,000-91,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
