
Client Training Specialist - Wealth Client Experience
Job Description:
The Role
We provide outstanding customer service to clients through innovation, dedication and commitment to quality! The Client Training Specialist is responsible for delivering product, operational services, and technical Wealthscape platform training, and consultative services to registered investment advisors (RIA’s) virtually or in person. We are considered a subject matter expert on the products and services the company offers and assist in the development of training materials and documentation.
The Expertise You Have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Series 7 and 63 licenses required. Series 63 can be obtained within 90 days
4+ years of work experience in either a financial services or brokerage company
Training Delivery experience preferred
The Skills You Bring
Proficiency with MS Office tools; specifically, Power Point and Excel
Superior knowledge of FCCS products and services preferred
Familiarity with Wealthscape preferred
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
Outstanding communication and organizational skills
Accurate attention to detail
Effective project management skills and ability to work independently
The Team
Client Experience (CE) is part of Fidelity Wealth. CE drives the service strategy for client-facing businesses that serve the Fidelity Clearing & Custody Services (FCCS) market, which include banks and broker dealers on the National Financial (NF) platform and registered investment advisors (RIA), professional asset managers, strategic acquirers, and retirement advisors and administrators on the Institutional Wealth Management Services (IWMS) platform. CE also provides service support for single family, multi-family and wealthy family segments of Fidelity's Family Office (FFOS) business.
Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to roles listed as Remote or Onsite.
