Job Summary
This grant funded Clinic Manager position serves in a management position for the Bridge Clinic inpatient and outpatient services within CDAR. This position manages clinic operations and staff, oversees patient flow and clinic scheduling in order to meet productivity goals, and assists with setting and achieving operational goals. Duties also include: provides leadership and oversight of clinic personnel, assists in maintaining providers’ daily schedules and collaborates with others in the clinic to create annual budget request.
This position will also comprehend, monitor and enforce University, college, and clinic policies and procedures, maintain appropriate and accurate accounting of budgets within given authority. Select coach and develop clinic/departmental staff, and communication with patients to resolve concerns/complaints/grievances.
In addition, the Clinic Manager provides and analyses various reports, clinic productivity and scheduling data and devices and implements changes/improvements. Ensures staff meets and exceeds quality assurance parameters, including safety and infection control and compiles QA information and coordinates various QA projects and compliance activities.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Applicant will have excellent customer/patient service and team work, enjoyment/desire to work with patients and clinical services treating people with opioid use disorder, great communication and organization skills, previous supervisory experience, good competence in Excel and Word. Must have superior grammar/professional email writing abilities.
