Clinical Research Coordinator

The Department of Psychology at the University of Pittsburgh is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator. This position will coordinate research studies, prepare IRBs, conduct study visits, collect and clean data, manage datasets, and prepare manuscripts. Oversees budgeting, purchasing, and processing expense reports. Leads and trains new undergraduate lab members. Assists with general lab management duties as needed.

A valid driver's license is required.


Job Summary

Prepares grant applications, manuscripts, Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications, research papers, and assists with complex research papers. Audits research studies, monitors study budgets, resolves complex data collection issues, and implements protocol-specific study recruitment plans. Trains staff and oversees student workers; leads team meetings. Monitors study budgets and orders supplies.


Essential Functions

Ability to use computer throughout workday is required.

Hiring Range: $48,743.04 to $64,989.96 annually
