We’re seeking a visionary and dynamic leader who is creative in problem solving and contributes new ideas and solutions to the organization to join our team in Integrated Clinical Services where we provide quality health services for people who experience barriers to accessing care. The vision of Integrated Clinical Services is to provide services that are integrated and connected to support optimal health, reducing wait times, and optimizing access. The Multnomah County Community Health Clinics provide comprehensive primary care and behavioral health services to diverse, low-income, uninsured, and underinsured residents of Multnomah County. Each position in our Community Health Clinics plays an active role in advancing health equity and eliminating health disparities in our communities.

Required Minimum Qualifications/ Transferable Skills*:

Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. Requirements are determined at the time of recruitment based on responsibilities of the individual position and business needs of the department.

  • Training and experience for this journey level, professional classifications are a master's degree and one (1) to four (4) years of experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
  • This position requires licensure as a Clinical Social Worker at the time of hire.

Salary/Pay: Please be advised that the pay range listed for this position is intended to provide general guidance on the earning potential for the role. However, actual compensation will be determined in accordance with the Oregon Equal Pay Law and will take into account factors such as the candidate's relevant experience and education. Candidates should expect that initial offers will be made within the listed pay range and may not be at or near the top of the range.
