Aspire Health Alliance has been designated as a Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC), which is part of a new state initiative designed to provide accessible and equitable mental health care to children, families, and adults!
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinician for our CBHC Outpatient Clinic to supervise master’s level child clinicians as well as provide comprehensive client-centered care to clients using evidence-based practices. This role verifies that clinical documentation meets the organization’s standard of care; monitors risk; ensures quality of care and compliance are adhered to; and promotes evidence-based practices. In collaboration with the Program Director and Training Department, the Clinical Supervisor assists in the design and development of clinical training to foster the growth and professional development of clinical staff.

Requirements:
- Licensed Clinician, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT
- Previous supervisory/teaching experience preferred
- Experience utilizing Electronic Health Record preferred
- Minimum two years post-graduate experience required, and five years strongly preferred
- Experience with child populations preferred, but those with other experience are encouraged to apply
