- CNC lathes, CNC mills and/or any related equipment required during the performance of assigned tasks.
- Perform set-up adjustment and machining operations on CNC machines as required by job tasks.
- Ability to check parts read micrometer and caliper depth micrometer – plus other variable gages
- Ability to make offset adjustments, identify the correct inserts for the job and change as needed
- Ability to meet production schedule for producing quality product drawings, blueprint and/or specifications.
- Ability to read and correctly interpret applicable SOP's and SOI's required in job assignments.
- Ability to accurately report and complete process and/or machine specific reporting.
- Must be capable of reporting inventory, labor and defect date transactions on the company CIMA system.
- High school education or equivalent or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred five (5) plus years in various CNC equipment and metal preparation preferred.
- Ability to operate equipment such as lathes, horizontal drilling machines, mills, shot blast equipment, etc.
- Functional math and metal surface preparation skills required to complete job tasks.
- Knowledge and ability to use all gages and instruments required to related job tasks.
- Elevated temperatures, thick smoke, dirt and grease.
- Physically able to lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Handling materials up to 900 degrees with proper tools.
- High paced production environment to meet standards.
- Background Investigation / Drug Screen / US Person: Required.
