Job Summary

The College of Arts and Sciences is seeking a College Payroll Specialist Senior to manage the payroll process for all positions in the college. Responsibilities include but are not limited to processing payroll actions; reviewing payroll using reports and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy before each BW and MO payroll finalizes; developing and maintaining reports in Spinifex and Tableau; entering and maintaining cost distributions using CDEM; using IES to post positions and initiate background checks; serving as the lead on non-PBC payroll encumbrances and payroll biweekly/monthly reviews; and supervision of payroll staff.
