To assist in actualizing our mission, the CoSW is seeking candidates for the position of Alumni Engagement Manager. This position is responsible for the daily activities associated with executing all programs, projects, and initiatives related to CoSW’s alumni engagement strategy, including conceptualizing, implementation, and continuous improvement.



Further, this position is charged with ensuring program and strategic plan goals and objectives are met, while conceptualizing innovative ways to ensure success. The Alumni Engagement Manager is also responsible for the analysis of effectiveness and efficiencies related to programmatic outcomes as well as establishing functional policies and procedures. The position often collaborates with and serves as a liaison between the Director of Philanthropy, the Director of Student Engagement and Experience, Program Directors, Special Events, Marketing and Communications, CoSW Administration, and internal and external partners.



The successful candidate for this position will be knowledgeable about alumni engagement and higher education administration, and have the ability to work collaboratively with multiple and various partners.
