To assist in actualizing our mission, the CoSW is seeking candidates for the position of College Project Manager Senior. This position works in concert with senior college administrators, faculty, staff, and community partners to develop, conceptualize, implement, and oversee projects, programs, and initiatives related to Public Child Welfare Education.

This position is responsible for the management and oversight of the daily activities to conceptualize, implement, and continually improve programs and projects related to educating students and professionals in the field of public child welfare. Further, this position is charged with ensuring program, contract and strategic plan goals and objectives are met, while conceptualizing innovative ways to ensure program and participant success. The Project Manager Senior is also responsible for the analysis of effectiveness and efficiencies related to programmatic outcomes as well as establishing functional policies and procedures. The position provides supervision and direction to other staff as well as serves as a liaison between Principal Investigators, the Director of Centers and Labs, CoSW Administration, and community partners and funders.

The successful candidate for this position will be knowledgeable about child welfare, program development and administration, and have the ability to work collaboratively with multiple and various partners.

This position is off campus at our Coldstream location.
