Summary

The position of Commercial Loan Document Manager is responsible for managing the preparation, review, and integrity of documentation for commercial lending transactions. This role ensures all loan documents are accurate, compliant, and properly executed while supporting timely loan closings. This position is also responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the Bank’s loan origination systems.

Essential Duties

  • Oversee the preparation and review of commercial loan documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with internal policies, credit approvals, and applicable regulations.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor loan documentation staff.
  • Coordinate with lenders, credit analysts, attorneys, and title companies to resolve documentation issues.
  • Review complex loan structures to ensure proper documentation of terms and conditions.
  • Ensure collateral is properly documented, perfected, and recorded.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, testing, and implementation of new features
  • Ensure compliance with internal lending policies and external regulations.
  • Assist with internal and external audits and regulatory exams.

The position of Commercial Loan Document Manager is responsible for the supervision of employee(s).

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor or Associate degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial lending, underwriting, loan review, or quality control
  • Strong knowledge of commercial loan products.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in using banking systems such as LaserPro and Salesforce/nCino is preferred.
  • Excellent attention-to-detail, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Current driver’s license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive in the course of performing assigned duties and responsibilities.

The incumbent must be able to perform this position safely, without endangering the health or safety to him/herself or others.

Salary Range: $22.00 - $34.00 hourly depending on experience
