About the Role:As a Communication Specialist, you’ll be the central point of coordination during irregular operations, ensuring Customers receive timely, accurate, and empathetic communication. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments to orchestrate Customer recovery strategies, craft messaging, and align JSX’s response with both business goals and DOT requirements.
A Day in the Life:Your day will be fast-paced and dynamic, focused on problem-solving and communication across the network. You’ll:

This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
