Position Summary
The Communication Coordinator supports the planning, development, and execution of internal and external communication initiatives. This role ensures consistent messaging across channels, assists in managing communication projects, and helps promote the organization’s brand, culture, and key priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and distribute communications including emails, newsletters, press releases, and internal announcements.

  • Maintain and update content across communication platforms (intranet, website, social media, etc.).

  • Assist in planning and executing events, campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and craft clear, engaging messages.

  • Monitor communication metrics (open rates, engagement, reach) and prepare reports.

  • Support brand consistency in all messaging and materials.

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for communication projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 1–3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or related role.

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design or content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CMS, email platforms) a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
