The Condition Monitoring Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting equipment data to support proactive maintenance and reliability strategies. This role focuses on evaluating the five key elements of condition monitoring—SOS data, equipment data, machine inspections, site analysis, and lifecycle tracking—to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.

The analyst filters and prioritizes alerts, performs exception-based analysis, and translates findings into actionable insights for customers and internal teams. Responsibilities include preparing detailed reports, communicating critical findings (including urgent stop recommendations), and providing technical expertise to support decision-making.

Pay:$65,000-$85,000 per year(dependent on relevant experience)

Bonus:10% bonus potential

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in the earthmoving or related technical industry
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand the basic dynamics of equipment operation and design
  • Strong ability to extract and analyze data from multiple business systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal skills
  • Working knowledge of equipment condition monitoring principles such as SOS, operational data, machine inspections, and maintenance history a plus
  • Ability to travel to attend events as needed

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and interpret data on the five key elements of Condition Monitoring

  • Possess a functional understanding of the five key elements of Equipment Condition Monitoring; SOS Data, Equipment Data, Machine Inspections, Site Analysis, and Life Cycle Tracking
  • Utilize available business system(s); extract, collect, and aggregate available data on each of the five condition monitoring elements
  • Contact customers immediately if any of the data points indicate a critical need to stop machine

Perform exception analysis to correlate available data and translate into useful information and/or customer recommendations

  • Filter/prioritize alerts and non-relevant data points
  • Analyze and interpret remaining data points
  • Correlate the data points to generate actionable customer information
  • Prepare written reports and recommendations
  • Provide expertise and consultation to customers and all internal personnel as required

Communicate results, and track and manage opportunities

  • Build collaborative relationships with other condition monitoring personnel and customer-facing individuals
  • Generate leads in CRM systems based on repair recommendations
  • Work with customer-facing personnel to evaluate lead information prior to customer contact
  • Manage condition monitoring-generated sales-funnel activity from lead to closure

Successfully contribute to the growth of our EMSolutions business

  • Contribute to successful dealer implementation of EMSolutions by proactively promoting offerings wherever opportunity exists
  • Work with product support sales reps and marketing to enhance and promote offerings
  • Attend all open houses, customer training events, and internal trainings as required

Qualifications
