We are currently seeking a Construction Foreman in our Protective Coatings divisionimmediately in Bullhead City, AZ! The Construction Foreman is the lead laborer and is responsible for the direct supervision and management of a crew of 3-4 employees during the application of 100% solids epoxies and high-performance concretes that aid in the protection of underground infrastructure.
Starting pay is $27.00-$28.00 per hour dependent upon experience. With enough experience, you may be able to negotiate a higher starting rate or salary.

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate production schedules with the Superintendent and report/estimate worker hour requirements for completion of the job assignment
- Ensure crew is working in accordance with OSHA and Rowland, Inc’s safety plan
- Work as the lead laborer on all job sites, ensuring the successful completion of all projects
- Interpret and enforce company policies as applied to employees and enforce safety regulations, standard operating procedures, and quality standards
- Promptly resolve any customer complaints
- Analyze and resolve work problems that arise on the crew
- Hold crew accountable for attendance, paperwork submission, and professionalism
- Manage crew performance and implement discipline as needed
What We Need From You:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience working in the CIPP, Protective Coatings, or Construction industry is required
- At least one year related industry experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Must have working knowledge of computer and web-based programs
- Valid driver’s license required with clean motor vehicle report
- Class A or B CDL License would be a plus, but not required
- Must be able to wear respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces
- Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery powered or electric tools
- Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
- Must be able to travel weekly (potentially out of state)
