Position Summary
As part of Proliance’s Vendor Contracting team, the Contracts Assistant will support the contract lifecycle management process by reviewing relevant sections of executed contracts, ensuring accurate and timely uploads to the Proliance’s contract management system, and assisting with tracking key contract milestones, including renewals, amendments, and terminations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with contracting policies and procedures.
Schedule
Flexible part-time, 20hrs/week, Monday - Friday.
This is a temporary position ending around 9/11/26.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The key duties and responsibilities of the Contracts Assistant include, but are not limited to:
- Review relevant sections of executed vendor contracts to extract and document key contract terms and obligations.
- Accurately upload executed contracts and related documents into Proliance’s contract management system for tracking and reporting.
- Maintain and update contract records, ensuring all contract lifecycle events (e.g., renewals, amendments, and terminations) are properly tracked.
- Assist in monitoring contract expiration and renewal dates.
- Collaborate with internal (internal departments) and external (vendors) stakeholders to ensure proper contract documentation.
- Assist with contract audits or requests by retrieving and organizing contract documents as requested.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive contract information with discretion.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the Vendor Contracting team.
Education/Experience
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Contract management or legal experience - heavily preferred
