NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Transportation Coordinatorbased in our Daytona Beach, Florida office.

The Transportation Coordinator will perform a variety of duties related to the Company’s Promotional Vehicle Program, including fleet coordination and vehicle lifecycle support, and will provide professional transportation and courier services for VIPs as needed.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Operate company motor vehicle(s) and provide safe, professional transportation services for VIPs as needed.
  • Provide recurring courier services for board members and executives on an as-needed basis.
  • Assist with the annual ordering, delivery, and onboarding process of the Promotional Vehicle Fleet, including coordination with manufacturers and/or dealerships as applicable.
  • Assist assigned drivers with vehicle turn-in and pick-up processes, including completion of required manufacturer inspections and documentation prior to vehicle return.
  • Ensure license plates, registrations, and recall notices remain current; assist with annual renewals and compliance requirements.
  • Manage the assignment, availability, and tracking of spare vehicles for the NASCAR/IMSA Daytona fleet.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle inventory lists and perform database updates in fleet management software (Autotrak), including vehicle type, model year, assigned driver, VIN, tag number, mileage, and related data.
  • Coordinate regularly scheduled warranty and preventative maintenance activities for the NASCAR/IMSA Daytona fleet, working with authorized service providers or dealerships to ensure timely service completion.
  • Conduct basic vehicle inspections to monitor condition and readiness for use.
  • Clean, wash, and detail vehicles as needed to maintain professional presentation standards.
  • Approximately 20% travel, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required.

Required skills/experience:

  • One (1) year certificate from college or technical school.
  • 1 year related experience and/or training in vehicle service; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in basic office software programs (e.g., Word, Excel, etc.) as well as company-provided hardware and software.
  • Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving background as per company guidelines/standards.
