This position is responsible for managing the resources, processes, and performance administration of all systems related to Customer Service within the restaurant. This position will serve as the subject matter expert, coaching the restaurants and external teams to achieve optimal performance in these systems. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with cross-functional departments to represent operations in all new and existing projects within the restaurant scope.Total Rewards:

Responsibilities:
- Evaluates and approves documentation and system tools to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives and regulatory or operational requirements, exercising independent judgment in determining relevance and applicability.
- Develops, implements, and oversees organizational systems, tools, and documentation processes ensuring strategic alignment with operational goals and continuous process improvement.
- Creates, monitors, and coaches to the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the Service system.
- Leads the presentation of strategic insights on future enhancements and system performance related to the restaurant platform, tailoring communications for executive meetings and key stakeholder engagements (i.e., Quarterly Outlook Planning, Quarterly Business Planning, Leadership Summit).
- Designs and leads efficiency audits and performance testing initiatives to identify process improvements and optimize unit operations, exercising independent judgment to enhance key success metrics.
- Develops comprehensive implementation strategies and leads cross-functional execution plans to support the successful adoption of new or improved processes within enterprise systems. Collaborates with stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs, ensures change management best practices are applied, and monitors adoption metrics to drive continuous improvement and long-term process integration.
- Oversees the review and validation of operational materials for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business objectives prior to deployment in the field to ensure compliance, clarity, and effectiveness.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
Experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience preferably in the restaurant industry
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency in Data Analytics to derive insights that can streamline processes
- Proficiency in modeling, testing and piloting techniques
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and Visio (as applicable)
- Proficiency in JD Edwards (as applicable)
- Ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate decisions while motivating assigned staff
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies
