About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to support Avail’s Move Management program. In this role, you’ll serve as a primary point of coordination for transferees, agencies, and service providers as shipments move through the relocation lifecycle.

You’ll monitor shipments at any stage while ensuring accurate documentation, timely updates, and a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer interaction with operational accuracy in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary agency contact responsible for scheduling, estimating, and monitoring shipments throughout the move management process.
  • Track and monitor shipments at any stage of the shipment lifecycle, ensuring service milestones are met.
  • Enter and maintain accurate shipment data in the move management database, documenting each step of the process.
  • Review and verify data entered by agents to ensure accuracy and support timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Receive, review, and enter required documentation from service providers in accordance with program requirements.
  • Prepare, update, and distribute reports for customers and service providers as needed.
  • Provide direct customer support by responding to inquiries from transferees contacting the Move Center.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and service providers to resolve questions or issues quickly and professionally.

Qualifications



What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and verify data accurately.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and track details across multiple shipments.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills in a deadline-driven environment.
