Home State Bank is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Crystal Lake, IL. This is a full-time position. Customer Service Representatives respond to customer inquiries via telephone and face-to-face meetings. Additionally, they manage all functions of the safety deposit box area and must maintain a working knowledge of the bank’s switchboard system. Previous Customer Service experience is required. Bi-lingual a plus. This position is on-site and is not a remote position.
