About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will manage and coordinate customer orders from start to finish, acting as the key connection between customers, vendors, sales representatives, and production teams.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, communicates clearly, and excels at juggling multiple priorities while ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and sales representatives regarding job specifications, order status, and pricing inquiries.

Review incoming orders and re-orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper approvals.

Coordinate scheduling and production timelines with internal teams and external vendors.

Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the production process, providing status updates and resolving issues proactively.

Enter orders into the system and maintain accurate documentation and tracking logs.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding quotes, artwork approvals, and production timelines.

Partner with the design team to coordinate artwork production and manage revision requests.

Provide administrative and outreach support to the sales team, including prospecting communications and follow-ups.

Participate in company meetings and support additional projects as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in business or related field preferred.

2-5 years of customer service experience, ideally within manufacturing, printing, or B2B environments.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and order entry or ERP systems.

Ability to adapt quickly and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This role is primarily based in an office setting with occasional interaction on the production floor. The environment is fast-paced and deadline-driven, requiring someone who can stay organized while maintaining a high level of customer service.
