Other duties may be assigned.Field incoming B2B customer support requests via phone and Salesforce workflowFacilitate quotes for non-stock special orders, delivery & set-up orders, and large volume ordersAnswer product related questions and provide information from manufacturersOrder entryFacilitate returns and follow up on creditsFulfill customer requests for proof of delivery or invoice/credit copiesProvide sales support to Jan/San field and IAM teamsProvide information to SPR branches regarding various programs and their service requiremenQualifications
