Position Title: Data Analyst
Description: Data Analyst A. Harold and Associates, LLC (AHA) is looking for a qualified Data Analyst for the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Metrology Calibration (METCAL) Program. The position is located at the Calibration Standards Ready Issue Activity (CSRIA) Warehouse in Beaufort, SC. This position requires a current SECRET clearance. Responsibilities and Tasks:

Description: Data Analyst A. Harold and Associates, LLC (AHA) is looking for a qualified Data Analyst for the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Metrology Calibration (METCAL) Program. The position is located at the Calibration Standards Ready Issue Activity (CSRIA) Warehouse in Beaufort, SC. This position requires a current SECRET clearance. Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Assists the CSRIA Assistant Operations Manager in identifying and updating inventory requirements, along with Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) requirements.
- Exports data from the Calibration Standards Asset Management System (CSAMS) for the development of reliable, sustainable, and accurate reports, inventory management processes; provides supportive data for inventory analysis and generates calibration standards (CALSTD) inventory lists as required.
- Provides management, oversight, program analysis, and continuous evaluation and/or improvements of the following NAVAIR METCAL Program CALSTD inventory elements:
- Coordinates accountable asset listings for all owned assets between CSAMS and internal reports.
- Responds to Accountable Property Officer (APO) requests and manages reporting requirements.
- Updates asset records as required and processes transfers; requests/receives APO approval for transfers outside the reporting entity or NAVAIR.
- Identifies and develops methods to resolve problems or manage issues that directly affect the accomplishment of NAVAIR METCAL inventory accountability functions.
- Performs root cause analysis for system processing issues or inappropriate posting results and determines cleanup/corrective measures.
- Prepares operating process and/or technical solution proposals, both written and oral, to management and customers with supporting reports.
- Collaborates with management to ensure operational requirements and priorities receive appropriate consideration.
- Communicates complex information, concepts, and ideas to a wide range audience in an accurate, comprehensive, and well-organized manner.
- College degree in Computer Science or a related field required or equivalent of at least 5 years work experience.
- Experience with ERP/WMS packages, such as CSAMS, Dynamics, SAP, ORACLE, or any other similar package.
- Advanced Microsoft Office 2024 and Microsoft 365 skills with key focal areas in Excel, Access, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and Visual Basic Editor (VBE), and version compatibility adherence.
- Basic Export, Transform, and Load (ETL) and Data Cleansing knowledge.
- Must be able to maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Expert in Microsoft Excel (advanced nested formulas, dynamic and constant arrays, data compatibility and security, VBA and Macro creation, Power features, User Defined Functions [UDF], and advanced conditional formatting).
- Experience or knowledge of implementing barcode functionality (Data Matrix) and working with product IUIDs
- Working knowledge of XML, JSON, and/or HTML.
- Basic knowledge of Data Management and Visualization best practices.
- Prior experience working with the U.S. Military and/or Government.
- Knowledge and/or experience with Supply Chain or Warehousing best practices.
